We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied, in fact we guarantee it. If you wish to return any item made by UNIphant Enterprises LLC at any time during the first 90 days after receipt, simply send us an e-mail explaining why and if you wish a replacement or a refund. We will send a return authorization by e-mail.
Shipping/handling charges may not be refundable.

If a reasonable effort has been made to address your concern and you are still not satisfied with our product or service, we will offer an appropriate refund. You may choose to accept the refund directly or choose to have 125% of the refund donated to charity via the Dad’s Place Ministries Charitable Fund.
